Be kind to our feet in winter It is easy to forget about our feet when they are tucked up in shoes or boots all day, then into slippers at home, then into bed for the night until it all starts again the next day. It can be out of sight and out of mind with our feet in winter. Even pedicures may be forgotten, which is sad because our toenails, cuticles and exfoliation still need attention. 2016 Reflexology NZ Conference in Waihi

What a fabulous weekend the Reflexology NZ Conference was! We met at Waihi Academy in Waihi. Most had not visited this area before and were surprised how beautiful it was.   Reflexology NZ  conferences are such fun times to meet up with fellow reflexologists from around NZ and Australia and realise how alike we are – in our outlooks, our passion for reflexology and the direction we would like Reflexology NZ to take.
