Gentle Online Chair Yoga is an ideal exercise for those suffering from conditions, such as chronic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoporosis, and multiple sclerosis. It may also benefit people over a certain age who have trouble moving through the up and down motions of traditional yoga. Gentle Chair Yoga allows older people to to feel more confident and healthy.

Enjoy regular 30-minute Gentle Chair Yoga sessions – Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 11-11.30am. All you need is a chair, cellphone or computer and Wi Fi.
Gentle Chair Yoga is completely safe, no matter what your health issues and your age are. Regular practice will free up your joints, relax muscles, improve posture and your breathing.
Your experienced yoga teacher will guide you through a session of gentle stretches, while you sit on a comfortable chair. Enjoy moving more confidently; improved energy levels; better circulation and lymph flow; balance, flexibility and overall wellbeing.

Otherwise, when you make a payment to the bank account below, you are sent an email with the zoom link. This link enables you to join the sessions for that month. If you would like a chat before the session starts, or have questions, you can join 10 minutes early. I will be there.
After each session you are emailed a recording of the session and can view this as many times as you wish until midnight before the next session. I will be in touch with you to ensure we are ready to go before your first session!

The classes run for 4 weeks, beginning on the first Tuesday of the month. When payment for that month is made, a link for the recurring classes is emailed to you. All you do is click on the link and it allows you to join Live Online Chair Yoga for that month.
