Explore and apply the ancient Japanese wisdom of Jin Shin Jyutsu. An empowering art that is so simple yet profound to do for oneself. Jin Shin Jyutsu balances the body’s energy by using fingers and hands to eliminate stress, create emotional equilibrium, relieving pain and alleviating acute or chronic conditions. A deeply relaxing art that encourages energy flows within body to flow as they should, releasing blockages that lead to symptoms and illness.
The first workshop explores an introduction to how we can use our breathing and hands to unlock our natural energy within our body. We learn how the fingers can jumper cable our energy flows to ensure life energy is circulating as it should.
We use our fingers to harmonise our energy flows. Obstructions are said to lead to physical, mental and emotional disharmony and are created by attitudes. There are five basic attitudes: worry, fear, anger, sadness and too much efforting.
We learn how to do, and the importance of doing the Main Central Flow, Spleen, Stomach and Bladder Energy Function Flow, daily for good health and longevity. These are distinct pathways, known as flows and these flows unify and integrate the body.
The day is interspersed with receiving and giving treatments which make this a very special day. The day is a gift of deep relaxation and empowering knowledge. You will enjoy the company of like minded people. Notes are provided. Text books are available for $15 each
